To whom it may concern,

I wanted to thank you for the fabulous service.  I am going through a very difficult time right now.  My husband has lung cancer and he is currently in the Hospice House receiving fabulous care.  I recently had to make his final arrangements with the and I had to submit some financial paperwork to the Visiting Nurse Association to determine how much I would be expected to pay for his stay at the Hospice House.  Since I am a Prepaid customer, I decided to send my provider the for review and the as well.

I contacted my provider this morning.  He returned my phone call within 1 hour and offered me some excellent advice.  I promtply faxed the contracts and documents to his attention and received a return phone call again within an hour.

It gives me great peace of mind to know that I have someone to assist me with issues in my time of need.  When a family member is dying, the last thing you want to worry about is signing a bad or having someone take advantage of you.

 The customer service for Prepaid is top-notch.  Thank you so much for your support.
